Exothermic Chemical for Production Stimulation and Optimization
Currently AVCO co. has on going partnership with Deleum – CESP to develop business for Integrated Thermo Chemical Stimulation equipment and services. Currently Deleum has created Exothermic™ for organic deposit treatment in and around wellbore for production enhancement.
Exothermic™ chemical formulation is a result of extensive work and collaboration between Deleum Chemicals Sdn Bhd (“DCSB”) and PETRONAS Research Sdn Bhd for mitigating organic solid deposition in flowing systems.
Exothermic™ also known as “Two-Pack” thermo-chemical system which consists of two custom designed formulation that is patented by PETRONAS whereby DCSB has the exclusive rights on the marketing and services of the technology.
The solution will generate in-situ heat which can be designed from 125-200°C and efficiency ester for dissolution/dispersions of micro/macro-crystalline wax, asphaltenes, aromatics, resins & naphthenates.
This Exothermic™ could be applied in surface and downhole of an Oil well. For downhole it could be applied for tubing clearance, casing clearance and perforated zone clearance. While for surface this could be applied for pipeline clearance.
